Brands I’ve worked with

I’ve worked with numerous brands that operate in the Australian, British and North American markets.
Here are some of the highlights:

  • I started my career at Lovehoney in Online Trading, eventually becoming the Email Lead. In this role, I managed the email marketing team and was responsible for the day-to-day running of the retention program. In this time I was heavily involved in a major platform migration, along with the relaunch of the Lovehoney loyalty program.

  • Taking over an already-established Klaviyo account, I played a key role in the design of a new CRM strategy that we would implement ourselves (agency side). The goal of this project was to redesign the email automation strategy around Modibodi’s product range and categories, with a focus on driving long-term ROI by developing a comprehensive post-purchase strategy. 

  • Taking on the role of lead specialist, this project involved redesigning key automations such as the Welcome, Abandoned Cart and Post-purchase series to increase revenue from the channel. I worked closely with the KOOKAI team to create compelling, on-brand communications using Klaviyo and Shopify Plus. 

  • Working directly as the lead specialist on a medium-term project, this consisted of full Klaviyo setup from start and integration with Acer’s ecommerce platform, Magento. This project also included the full setup of a comprehensive bank of automations to drive new customer conversion as well as long-term retention. I also worked with Acer’s in-house team on campaign strategy. 

  • Working with Smiling Mind, a NFP mental health organisation, I worked full time on a comprehensive project to redesign and rebuild the CRM and sales processes in line with a new strategy for revenue generation. This was achieved by designing tailored sales processes across a wide range of income verticals, as well as re-launching and managing the webstore.
