I’m Kim, and I’m a freelance CRM and ecommerce specialist based in Melbourne, Australia. Originally from the UK, I started my career back there at one of the fastest growing online retailers in the country, Lovehoney, leading the day-to-day CRM function.

Since relocating to Melbourne over 5 years ago, I have worked across a wide range of industries and organisations, with online retailers and small start-ups featuring the most.
